We provide design-and-build service for a complete range of proprietary sheet piling wall systems using precast construction techniques and patented precast products. The System consists of a series of precast concrete sections connect via T&G joints to yield a continuous wall.

Design & Specification

• The RC design of SCI concrete sheet pile is in accordance with MS EN 1992-1-1:2010.
• Concrete grade, fcu = 40 N/mm2 (Concrete Sheet Pile). Subject to the requirements by the consultants and clients.
• Steel reinforcement strength fy = 500 N/mm2 and conforming to MS 146.
• The Cement (OPC) is conforming to MS 522.
